Write that you did the work under the pharmacist’s supervision; do not write as if you took on duties outside your authority.
Goods receiving, shelving, expiry checks and stock counts: write them on separate lines.
Write the pharmacy software you use.
Do not share patient or prescription details; you may briefly say you respect confidentiality.
Adapt them to your own real work; never write something you did not do.
Choose only what is true for you.
Write your education, the pharmacies where you trained, the work steps you learned and your software skills.
Your graduation certificate and any course certificates, with dates.
