How to write this CV
Make your portfolio link visible
Put your portfolio or Behance link next to your contact details. Check that it opens and that your work is up to date.
Write your role per project
Name the type of project, such as brand identity, social media or catalogue, and your own responsibility. In team work, state your own part.
Group your tools
List the Adobe suite and Figma together; never add a tool you have not used.
Choose a simple layout
The CV itself shows design skill, but readability comes first. Do not embed text in images; application systems cannot read it.

Frequently asked questions
Is a portfolio required on a graphic designer CV?
It is expected for most adverts. If you have none, share a few selected projects as a PDF or on a personal page.
Should I choose a colourful or a plain template?
Either works, but if an application system is used a single-column or simple two-column template is safer.
Should a design CV have a photo?
Not unless the advert asks.
